Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using Wan Schools ("the Service") provided by Wan Tech Solutions Ltd. ("Wan Tech"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to bind that school.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• Schools register directly. Parents and students receive login details issued by their school.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Fees and student payments are processed through our payment partners; their terms also apply to those transactions.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload harmful or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Your data

Your school retains ownership of the records it enters. We process that data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any personal data you enter.

6. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and support are handled as described in your plan.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wan Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
